Systematic Kinesiology is a natural, holistic approach that uses muscle testing to get to the bottom of anything that is not right with your body.
Rather than simply focusing on the symptoms, Kinesiology looks at the bigger picture to understand what may be affecting your health.
For example, if you experience a recurring skin issue, digestive discomfort or perimenopause symptoms, we can explore underlying factors and create a personalised action plan to treat the root cause of the issue.
Your body is made up of many interconnected systems, such as your digestive, immune and hormonal systems. When these systems are under strain, you may notice changes in how you feel and function.
During a session I use gentle, precise muscle testing to assess how your body is responding. This can help identify areas that may need further support and gives us a personalised approach to your wellbeing.
I'll work with you to understand what your body may need and explore practical ways to support you between appointments. The aim is to reduce any symptoms, as well as helping you to feel more balanced and in tune with your body.
